The exact scope of work for each client will be outlined in a proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement.

2. Engagement of Services

By engaging Zeus Marketing, you confirm that all information provided to us is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate services where information provided is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or may negatively impact our business operations.

3. Payments & Fees

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

Invoices must be paid according to the payment terms specified in the quotation, invoice, or agreement.

Failure to make payment on time may result in delays, suspension, or termination of services.

All deposits, setup fees, and completed work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to information, materials, approvals, website credentials, advertising accounts, and any other resources necessary for project completion.

Any delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and delivery schedules.

5. Marketing & Advertising Disclaimer

Zeus Marketing uses industry best practices and professional expertise to help improve online visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific search engine rankings
  • Specific AI platform visibility
  • A fixed number of leads, enquiries, or sales
  • Advertising approval by third-party platforms
  • Specific business, revenue, or profit outcomes

Marketing results vary depending on numerous factors including competition, market conditions, advertising budgets, customer behaviour, website performance, and platform algorithms.

6. AI Search & ChatGPT Disclaimer

Our AI Search Optimization services are designed to improve the likelihood of a business being discovered across AI-powered platforms and search experiences.

However, Zeus Marketing does not own, control, or influence the algorithms, rankings, recommendations, or responses generated by platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or any other AI platform.

As such, visibility, recommendations, mentions, rankings, and placement cannot be guaranteed.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms including but not limited to:

  • Google
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • OpenAI
  • ChatGPT
  • Other advertising, analytics, AI, and marketing platforms

Zeus Marketing is not responsible for policy changes, account restrictions, account suspensions, algorithm updates, service interruptions, or decisions made by these third-party providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, reports, graphics, campaigns, and deliverables created by Zeus Marketing remain the property of Zeus Marketing until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, ownership of approved deliverables may be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Zeus Marketing retains ownership of proprietary methods, frameworks, templates, systems, and processes used in delivering services.

9. Confidentiality

Both Zeus Marketing and the client agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose such information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

10. PSG Grant Disclaimer

Where applicable, certain services may qualify for support under Singapore's Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG).

Any reference to "Up to 50% PSG Grant Available" is subject to:

  • Eligibility requirements
  • Government policies
  • Programme availability
  • Official approval processes

Zeus Marketing does not guarantee grant approval, funding eligibility, reimbursement amounts, or successful applications.

All grant applications remain subject to assessment and approval by the relevant government authorities.

PSG grant applications, where applicable, are facilitated through WECOFA PTE. LTD (UEN: 201834121D), the relevant PSG-approved/pre-approved vendor.

Grant eligibility, approval, funding amount, reimbursement, and disbursement are subject to the prevailing requirements, assessment, and approval of the relevant Singapore government authorities. Approval of any grant application is not guaranteed.

Any PSG-related quotation, application, claim, or supporting documentation may be issued or processed through WECOFA PTE. LTD, where required under the applicable PSG framework.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law, Zeus Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Website Content

While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, Zeus Marketing makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any information published on this website.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms outlined in the relevant quotation, proposal, or contract.

Any outstanding fees for services already provided shall remain payable upon termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
